The library shares a building with the Atheist Community of Austin's broadcast studio. Some shows tape in front of a live audience.

A collection of donated and specially selected texts, kept by volunteers of the Atheist Community of Austin, a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit.
The library runs on volunteers and donations. Gifts go to the Atheist Community of Austin, which operates the building. Soft drinks and snacks are free at the library, with a donation suggested.
